Corporate quality leader, Bill Stone, joins the Stanadyne team to lead the quality function for global manufacturing, supplier and customer quality.
Stanadyne, a global leader in the design and manufacture of diesel and gasoline fuel systems, announces the addition of Bill Stone as Global Quality Director. Stone, a quality veteran in the automotive and manufacturing industry, will focus on driving total quality management across the five Stanadyne locations.
“Bill’s problem solving and expertise in quality and lean systems will add immediate value to Stanadyne’s global product and process innovation strategies,” says Dr. Pinson, Stanadyne President and CTO. “As we bring fuel system technology to different areas of the world, Bill will leverage industry best practices and standards for quality throughout the company. With this focus, we expect to deliver compelling products and services to our customers now and into the future.”
Most recently, Bill was the Global Quality Director for Grote Industries LLC., a global manufacturer of lighting products for a variety of industries including heavy duty trucking, construction and automotive. Before Grote, Bill was the Plant Manager and Director of Quality for NSK Steering Systems America, where he received the Honda Dual Award for quality and delivery, Toyota Quality Award and NSK President’s Safety Cup during a one-year complete department overhaul.
