Mr. Galuska, who served more than two years as Stanadyne’s Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before being elected Chief Executive Officer in 2014, is responsible for the company’s global operations in the United States, China, India and Italy.
As VP/COO at Stanadyne, he played a critical strategic and operational role in transforming the company to focus on its core fuel systems business. During this time, Stanadyne sold its fuel filter and additives business to Clarcor Engine Mobile Solutions.
Prior to joining Stanadyne, Mr. Galuska was Senior Vice President of Operations for Pratt & Whitney; Vice President, Operations for Hamilton Sundstrand; and Vice President, Operations for Sikorsky Aircraft. Earlier in his career, he held positions in materials management, shop operations and manufacturing engineering.
Mr. Galuska holds a BS from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Western New England University.
Dr. Pinson is responsible for overseeing the development of Stanadyne’s long-term strategic vision and leading the company’s global engineering teams.
He joined Stanadyne in 2009 as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer after serving as Vice President, Diesel and Large Engines for Ricardo. Previously, Dr. Pinson worked 14 years for General Motors in positions of increasing responsibility within the Research and Development and Powertrain organizations, including a key role in the FIAT-GM joint venture in Turin, Italy.
Dr. Pinson possesses 20-plus years of experience in global emission compliance strategy, combustion development for high efficiency and fuel injection system design.
Dr. Pinson earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on diesel combustion technology from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Dr. Pinson also holds both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary of Holdings
Since joining Stanadyne in 1981, Mr. Langin has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Accounting Department. In 1989, he was named Corporate Controller and in 2005, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Holdings.
Mr. Langin holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
As the Managing Director for Stanadyne’s Near East operations, Mr. Chadda, who has worked at major automotive component manufacturing companies in India, Europe and the United States, is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Chennai facility.
Prior to joining Stanadyne, Mr. Chadda served as President at Allied Nippon, Business Lead at Mindia Huf, Engineering Lead at Sumitomo Motherson and General Manager at Gabriel India. He was also President at RSB North America in Michigan, CEO at RSB Mexico and Director at MSI Belgium. Mr. Chadda is the former Vice Chairman, Technical of the SAE India Chapter and has been a member of the manufacturing committee for the Confederation of India Industry and ACMA.
Mr. Chadda has been trained in lean manufacturing and total quality management at the Japan Institute of Quality. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Sam Walton Business School at the University of Arkansas as well as an MS in Investment Banking from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Zhu, who is responsible for Stanadyne operations, sales & marketing, engineering and business strategy in Far East region, came to Stanadyne in March 2014.
Prior to joining the company, he served as General Manager, Fehrer Automotive Co., LTD and General Manager, Beijing Tianhai Westport Company. He was also the Technical & Commercial Affairs Manager - China for Engelhard Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Zhu has 25 years of automotive and related business and manufacturing experience, including facility, program and project start-up and launch. He holds an MBA from Richard Ivey Business School of University of Western Ontario.
Managing Director, EMEA & Director of Global Supply Chain
As Managing Director of Stanadyne EMEA (SpA), Mr. Terzi is responsible for Stanadyne's global operations in Italy and the rest of EMEA region. He was appointed to the position in 2012.
Mr. Terzi joined Stanadyne Italy in 1997, serving as Quality Manager and then as Engineering Manager. In these positions, he played a critical role in implementing the QS9000 and ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System, and then in developing many engine applications using Stanadyne’s patented RSN mechanical injectors. He was ultimately promoted to Plant Manager in 2006.
Prior to joining Stanadyne, Mr. Terzi worked for ST Micro-electronics as a Quality & Reliability engineer.
Mr. Terzi holds an MBS in Physics and an MBS and Material Science, both from the University of Milan-Italy.
As Managing Director of the Americas, Mr. Zimmerman is responsible for developing growth strategies in Stanadyne’s original equipment and aftermarket sales markets throughout North and South America.
Prior to Stanadyne, Mr. Zimmerman was Global Sales Director at Continental Automotive, where he represented six business units with manufacturing touchpoints on six continents. Previously, Mr. Zimmerman worked for Lear Corporation as a test engineer, before taking on roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming Resident Engineer at BorgWarner. He then transitioned to a sales role as the lead account manager for fuel systems and powertrain.
Throughout his career, Mr. Zimmerman has led an expansion of powertrain products into new and existing markets, ensuring compliance with emission regulations while staying attuned to voice of customer, to deliver high-performance automotive products.
Mr. Zimmerman holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Western Michigan University.
As Global Quality Director, Mr. Craft oversees international teams responsible for implementing quality assurance strategies throughout Stanadyne’s global manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Italy, India, China, and the UAE.
Mr. Craft previously served as Quality Assurance and Control Manager for TTM Technologies, a global supplier of printed circuit boards. Mr. Craft began his tenure at Stanadyne in 2016 as Operational Excellence Manager, where he has been instrumental in launching a new global quality system focused on customer experience and problem-solving.
Mr. Craft has more than 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance. He is Black Belt Certified in Six Sigma, a leading process improvement methodology.
Mr. Craft holds a BS in Mathematics from Springfield College in Massachusetts.
