Mr. Galuska, who served more than two years as Stanadyne’s Vice President and Chief Operating Office before being elected Chief Executive Officer in 2014, is responsible for the company’s global operations in the United States, China, India and Italy.
As VP/COO at Stanadyne, he played a critical strategic and operational role in transforming the company to focus on its core fuel systems business. During this time, Stanadyne sold its fuel filter and additives business to Clarcor Engine Mobile Solutions.
Prior to joining Stanadyne, Mr. Galuska was Senior Vice President of Operations for Pratt & Whitney; Vice President, Operations for Hamilton Sundstrand; and Vice President, Operations for Sikorsky Aircraft. Earlier in his career he held positions in materials management, shop operations and manufacturing engineering.
Mr. Galuska holds a BS from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Western New England University.
Dr. Pinson is responsible for overseeing the development of Stanadyne’s long-term strategic vision and leading the company’s global engineering teams.
He joined Stanadyne in 2009 as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer after serving as Vice President, Diesel and Large Engines for Ricardo. Previously, Dr. Pinson worked 14 years for General Motors in positions of increasing responsibility within the Research and Development and Powertrain organizations, including a key role in the FIAT-GM joint venture in Turin, Italy.
Dr. Pinson possesses 20-plus years of experience in global emission compliance strategy, combustion development for high efficiency and fuel injection system design.
Dr. Pinson earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on diesel combustion technology from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Dr. Pinson also holds both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary of Holdings
Since joining Stanadyne in 1981, Mr. Langin has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Accounting Department. In 1989, he was named Corporate Controller and in 2005, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Holdings.
Mr. Langin holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Managing Director, Americas
Mr. Vanderford joined Stanadyne in December 2012 as Vice President, Global Supply Chain and two years later he was also appointed Managing Director, Americas.
Prior to joining Stanadyne, Mr. Vanderford’s career spanned more than 25 years in global purchasing and supply chain roles in industries such as automotive, commercial vehicle and off-road and industrial equipment. He served as Director of Supply Chain at Mahar Tool and Supply; Senior Director, North America Supply Chain at Dana Holdings; and Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Eagle-Picher Automotive.
Mr. Vanderford holds a BS in Business from Baker College, along with lean manufacturing certification through the University of Kentucky and Oakland University. He is a veteran and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune from 1983 to 1985.
Mr. Iwaszkiewicz oversees the entire scope of Stanadyne’s engineering activities across the globe.
He joined Stanadyne in 2015 after serving as President U.S. Operations at Emitec for two years, where he managed the production of cutting-edge diesel exhaust fluid systems. Previously, he spent 27 years at Navistar Inc., where he worked on product development, design and engineering of fuel injection systems, and ultimately became General Manager/Director of Powertrain Product Development.
Mr. Iwaszkiewicz possesses vast expertise in the automotive and trucking industries with expertise in design strategy, process and product improvement and engineering leadership.
Mr. Iwaszkiewicz earned a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also holds an MBA from Northcentral University in San Diego, Calif.
As the Managing Director for Stanadyne’s Near East operations, Mr. Chadda, who has worked at major automotive component manufacturing companies in India, Europe and the United States, is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Chennai facility.
Prior to joining Stanadyne, Mr. Chadda served as President at Allied Nippon, Business Lead at Mindia Huf, Engineering Lead at Sumitomo Motherson and General Manager at Gabriel India. He was also President at RSB North America in Michigan, CEO at RSB Mexico and Director at MSI Belgium. Mr. Chadda is the former Vice Chairman, Technical of the SAE India Chapter and has been a member of the manufacturing committee for the Confederation of India Industry and ACMA.
Mr. Chadda has been trained in lean manufacturing and total quality management at the Japan Institute of Quality. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Sam Walton Business School at the University of Arkansas as well as an MS in Investment Banking from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Zhu, who is responsible for Stanadyne operations, sales & marketing, engineering and business strategy in Far East region, came to Stanadyne in March 2014.
Prior to joining the company, he served as General Manager, Fehrer Automotive Co., LTD and General Manager, Beijing Tianhai Westport Company. He was also the Technical & Commercial Affairs Manager - China for Engelhard Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Zhu has 25 years of automotive and related business and manufacturing experience, including facility, program and project start-up and launch. He holds an MBA from Richard Ivey Business School of University of Western Ontario.
As Managing Director of Stanadyne EMEA (SpA), Mr. Terzi is responsible for Stanadyne's global operations in Italy and the rest of EMEA region. He was appointed to the position in 2012.
Mr. Terzi joined Stanadyne Italy in 1997, serving as Quality Manager and then as Engineering Manager. In these positions, he played a critical role in implementing the QS9000 and ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System, and then in developing many engine applications using Stanadyne’s patented RSN mechanical injectors. He was ultimately promoted to Plant Manager in 2006.
Prior to joining Stanadyne, Mr. Terzi worked for ST Micro-electronics as a Quality & Reliability engineer.
Mr. Terzi holds a MBS in Physics and a MBS and Material Science, both from the University of Milan-Italy.
Mr. Mazzeo, who possesses extensive auto industry expertise in the engineering, manufacturing and quality functions – including lean manufacturing systems, six sigma and total quality management – is responsible for the effective implementation and utilization of Stanadyne’s manufacturing quality system.
He joined the Stanadyne team from his successful consulting business, Integrated Lean and Quality Solutions, LLC. The Michigan-based company focuses on helping mid-sized manufacturing companies improve performance through the application of lean manufacturing, modern quality management principles and leadership development services. Prior to ILQS, Mr. Mazzeo worked at General Motors for more than 34 years, including 24 years at the executive level, which included being Plant Manager at the GM Powertrain facility in Bay City, Michigan.
Mr. Mazzeo earned a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
