The POWER-GEN convention is typically known for massive power generators and turbines, which provide standby power and remote location power, however, this year there was a noticeable shift in focus towards cleaner and more efficient engines, parts and operation.
We brought our most efficient diesel fuel pumps to POWER-GEN this year, the EcoForce compact diesel fuel injection pump and our ultra-efficient Diesel Common Rail (DCR) pump, which can play a pivotal role in reducing emissions of engines and meet the most stringent regulations domestically and abroad.
EcoForce was unveiled for emerging markets in tandem with Raywin PowerTrain Technology Co., a joint venture between Chinese engine manufacturers Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co. and Rato, and can help reduce engine emissions by as much as 8% compared to commonly used inline pumps. The partnership with Raywin and timing couldn’t be more pertinent, as Beijing announced record levels of air pollution on the first day of the POWER-GEN show.
With Stanadyne facilities and employees around the world, our focus is to help reduce emissions through unique technology.
