Jacksonville, North Carolina – June 21, 2023 – Stanadyne, a leading global fuel and air management systems supplier, brought home the 2023 Quality Excellence Award from Seraph’s Operational Excellence Awards ceremonies held June 15 in Detroit. Seraph is a global enterprise supply chain, operations, and manufacturing consultancy with a prominent presence in the automotive sector. Stanadyne’s Jacksonville North Carolina, manufacturing operations earned the honor by demonstrating outstanding quality system and process performance and innovation.

The five winners of the Seraph Operational Excellence Awards were chosen through a comprehensive two-step process designed to assess and evaluate performance across key operational areas. In the first step, all candidates underwent an online assessment, which thoroughly reviewed their logistics, operations, human resources, and quality practices. This assessment helped identify organizations that exhibited exceptional operational excellence. The top candidates from the initial assessment proceeded to the second step, where they received a one-day onsite assessment conducted by the Seraph team. During this phase, the Seraph experts conducted in-depth evaluations of the shortlisted organizations, gaining deeper insights into their operational strategies, practices, and culture.

Stanadyne’s Jacksonville location employs nearly 200 people, is part of the company’s Americas Business Unit, and is home to its Gas Advanced Engineering Center of Excellence. It encompasses approximately 127,000 square feet of gasoline systems research and development, assembly, production, and test automation space.
