En 2004, este OEM se puso en contacto con Stanadyne para que le ayudara a desarrollar una soluci\u00f3n \u00fanica de bomba \u00fanica para sus motores V6 y V8.<\/p>\n<p>Para cumplir los requisitos de suministro de combustible de motores de este tama\u00f1o, la mayor\u00eda de los sistemas GDI utilizan dos bombas de alta presi\u00f3n. Pero en el caso de este cliente, hab\u00eda requisitos \u00fanicos que dificultaban la instalaci\u00f3n de un sistema de dos bombas sin repercusiones en cuanto a costes y eficiencia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soluci\u00f3n Stanadyne<br \/>\n<\/strong>Stanadyne acept\u00f3 el reto y en 2013 lanz\u00f3 la primera soluci\u00f3n de bomba \u00fanica para aplicaciones de alta cilindrada y alta potencia en camiones y SUV. La SP1250 no solo cumpli\u00f3 con los requisitos de cilindrada del motor, sino que se dise\u00f1\u00f3 con varias caracter\u00edsticas que superaron las expectativas de rendimiento del cliente, incluyendo un montaje de manguito de \u00e9mbolo flotante patentado, un dise\u00f1o de muelle de colmena y la primera generaci\u00f3n de nuestra tecnolog\u00eda de v\u00e1lvula dosificadora QuietTechTM.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro montaje de manguito de \u00e9mbolo flotante patentado a\u00edsla las cargas de montaje y el orificio del \u00e9mbolo, lo que permite que las holguras entre el \u00e9mbolo y el manguito sean bajas. Un muelle exterior para manejar las cargas del taqu\u00e9 y un muelle interior m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o para manejar el retorno del \u00e9mbolo. La separaci\u00f3n de estas cargas de muelle dio lugar a una bomba m\u00e1s robusta debido a la minimizaci\u00f3n de la carga lateral del \u00e9mbolo y a la mejora de la tolerancia a la desviaci\u00f3n del muelle.<\/p>\n<p>La SP1250 tambi\u00e9n se encontraba entre las bombas m\u00e1s silenciosas del mercado en el momento de su desarrollo gracias a nuestro paquete tecnol\u00f3gico QuietTech. Desde la v\u00e1lvula de entrada hasta la v\u00e1lvula de control, el sistema hidr\u00e1ulico interno de esta bomba se optimiz\u00f3 para abordar el ruido radiado y transmitido.<\/p>\n<p>Junto con este desarrollo de la bomba, Stanadyne tambi\u00e9n ha desarrollado una soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande de una sola bomba para motores de alto rendimiento de hasta 650 CV. La SP1550-200 utiliza conceptos de dise\u00f1o similares a los de la SP1250-200 I, pero ofrece un rendimiento a\u00fan mayor para los potentes coches deportivos. La SP1550 puede suministrar hasta 1550 mm3 de combustible por revoluci\u00f3n del motor, lo que la convierte en la bomba GDI de mayor rendimiento del mercado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultado<br \/>\n<\/strong>Desde su lanzamiento en 2013, se han fabricado m\u00e1s de 5 millones de bombas SP1250 y SP1550, y ambas han demostrado estar entre las bombas de inyecci\u00f3n de combustible m\u00e1s fiables del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Stanadyne sigue subiendo el list\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda de inyecci\u00f3n de combustible desarrollando continuamente nuevas ideas para el futuro de las bombas GDI.
