September 2022 - Stanadyne, ein weltweit f\u00fchrender Anbieter von Kraftstoff- und Luftmanagementsystemen, hat eine elektrifizierte GDI-Kraftstoffpumpe (Gasoline Direct Injection) als Teil seines Ansatzes f\u00fcr eine auf Elektrifizierung basierende Kraftstoffzufuhrsystemtechnologie entwickelt. Das so genannte E-Pump Module\" wird mit 24- und 48-Volt-Fahrzeugarchitekturen betrieben und ist vom Antriebsstrang des Verbrennungsmotors entkoppelt. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Kraftstoffdurchfluss und -druck elektrisch gesteuert werden, um den Kraftstoffverbrauch zu optimieren und zu senken, da die Pumpendrehzahl nun unabh\u00e4ngig von der Motordrehzahl ist.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Die Umstellung auf eine elektrisch betriebene GDI-Pumpe bricht mit dem Standarddesign, bei dem die Pumpe f\u00fcr den Betrieb mit dem Motor verbunden ist\", sagte Stanadyne Chief Technology Officer Dr. Brad Stroia. \"Dies ist eine wichtige Innovation f\u00fcr Hybridfahrzeuge. Der Pumpenbetrieb kann reduziert oder sogar ganz eingestellt werden, wenn der Motor nur wenig Kraftstoff liefert, um die Gesamteffizienz des Fahrzeugs zu verbessern.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Electrified GDI Fuel Pump has a compact, modular, and scalable design that uses a Stanadyne proprietary controller and software. It is scalable for 250- to 500-bar fuel systems and suitable for a wide range of engine applications.
