Indien geht 2019 zu den BS VI-Emissionsvorschriften \u00fcber, und mit dieser \u00c4nderung ben\u00f6tigen viele der heutigen Zweir\u00e4der ein Motoren-Update, um die neue Norm zu erf\u00fcllen. Bei mehr als 17 Millionen verkauften Zweir\u00e4dern pro Jahr in Indien m\u00fcssen die Hersteller schnell handeln, um auf dem Markt zu bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Um die BS VI-Emissionen zu erf\u00fcllen, ist eine Aktualisierung des Kraftstoffmanagementsystems erforderlich, weg von weniger effizienten Vergaserkonstruktionen hin zu emissions\u00e4rmeren Alternativen. Eine dieser Alternativen ist die Port-Kraftstoffeinspritzung. Nat\u00fcrlich hat eine derartige Umstellung ihren Preis. Kraftstoffeinspritzsysteme ben\u00f6tigen viel Platz, und bei kleinen Fahrzeugen wie Motorr\u00e4dern w\u00e4re der Einbau eines solchen Systems kostspielig und zeitaufw\u00e4ndig. Mit der bevorstehenden Umstellung auf BS VI ist die Zeit f\u00fcr die Hersteller knapp und sie stehen unter Druck, eine bessere L\u00f6sung zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>Als Antwort auf diese Herausforderung hat Stanadyne eine innovative L\u00f6sung entwickelt, um mechanische Vergaser durch einen einfachen, vollelektronischen Gasoline Pumping Injector (GPI) zu ersetzen. Beim GPI sind Pumpe und Injektor in einer einzigen Einheit integriert, was das System kompakt und kosteneffizient macht. Das revolution\u00e4re Design der GPI bietet eine alternative Option zur Verringerung der Motoremissionen und erm\u00f6glicht es den Herstellern, die Frist bis 2020 kosteng\u00fcnstiger einzuhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Stanadyne Gasoline Pumping Injector (GPI) sorgt f\u00fcr eine pr\u00e4zise Steuerung der Einspritzung, ein entscheidender Faktor bei der Reduzierung von Emissionen.  Da der GPI eine Pumpe und eine Einspritzd\u00fcse in einer einzigen Einheit ist, entf\u00e4llt die Notwendigkeit einer Zufuhrpumpe im Tank und erm\u00f6glicht eine einfache Integration in bestehende Motoren.
