NEU DELHI (15. Februar 2018) - Stanadyne, ein weltweit t\u00e4tiger Entwickler von Kraftstoffeinspritzsystemen mit Hauptsitz in Windsor, Connecticut, hat auf der Auto Expo (8. bis 11. Februar) in Neu-Delhi zwei neue Kraftstoffsysteme vorgestellt, die einen differenzierten Ansatz zur Erf\u00fcllung der bevorstehenden indischen Emissionsvorschriften f\u00fcr Kleinmotoren bieten.<\/p>\n

Der Gasoline Pumping Injector (GPI) und die Solenoid Controlled Unit Pump (SCUP) von Stanadyne wurden als kosteneffizienter Ersatz f\u00fcr mechanische Systeme in Zwei- und Dreir\u00e4dern entwickelt und erm\u00f6glichen es den Herstellern, die indischen Emissionsnormen zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n

Bei der GPI handelt es sich um eine integrierte Pumpe und Einspritzd\u00fcse, die als Ersatz f\u00fcr die mechanischen Vergaser entwickelt wurde, die heute in kleinen Benzinmotoren verwendet werden. Die SCUP ist eine elektronisch gesteuerte Einheitspumpe, die eine pr\u00e4zise Steuerung des Timings und der Kraftstoffzufuhr bietet und eine Alternative zur Common-Rail-Technologie f\u00fcr Dieselmotoren darstellt.<\/p>\n

Auf der Auto Expo wurden auch andere Diesel- und Benzinkraftstoffsysteme von Stanadyne vorgestellt - Benzin-Direkteinspritzpumpen (GDI) und Diesel-Common-Rail-Systeme (DCR) -, die zum ersten Mal in Indien ausgestellt wurden, obwohl Stanadyne seit fast 10 Jahren Produkte in Indien herstellt.<\/p>\n

Stanadyne, das 2006 die weltweit erste 200-bar-GDI-Pumpe f\u00fcr den Automobilmarkt entwickelt hat, konstruiert die GDI-Technologie heute vor allem f\u00fcr PKW-Motoren mit 3 Zylindern und mehr.<\/p>\n

Die DCR-Technologie des Unternehmens wurde f\u00fcr h\u00e4rteste Betriebsbedingungen und Kraftstoffe mit geringer Schmierf\u00e4higkeit entwickelt. Die Hochdruckpumpen sind in Konfigurationen mit zwei oder vier Plungern erh\u00e4ltlich und f\u00fcr Motoren bis zu 16 l ausgelegt.<\/p>\n
