Integrated Fuel System

Stanadyne has developed an integrated unit pump and injector with a roller cam follower called the Integrated Fuel System. The unit pump is capable of pressures of 1200 Bar with a maximum fuel delivery of 100mm 3 /stroke at 3600 engine rpm. The injector is our new Compact Pencil Nozzle (CPN TM ) designed to operate at pressures up to 1500 Bar. Since the CPN is a no-leakoff injector, the entire system can be installed under the engine's valve cover. The roller cam follower assembly provides a means for additional advance during cold engine operating conditions.
